One of the Florida Standards that I found was one that expects us to, "identify appropriate technology to achieve a project goal" or in layman's terms, pick and choose which form of technology would be helpful to complete a project or assignment. It's basically telling teachers that they are expected to be able to teach students how to choose between different types of technology to help them, whether that's a Google search, looking up a tutorial video, or even a list of steps to take to achieve a goal. I feel pretty prepared to be able to teach this to children in classrooms, as it largely depends on both how the child learns best and on what they are trying to look up. I feel that that is something that I can easily help them with, especially considering the young age I intend to teach.
